FAQs

Here are a few questions we get asked a lot. If you still have some, don't hesitate to send us an email!

How long do projects typically take?

Branding projects typically take 2-4 weeks and website projects typically take 4-8 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the project.

How much do your services cost?

We price our services on a per-project basis because every client has slightly different needs. However, to provide a ballpark, our minimum for branding work is $1,500 and our website minimum is $5,000.

Do you do social media and/or paid ad management?

While we can create social media and ad graphics as part of our branding & design services, we do not have the resources to offer ongoing social media or paid ad (on social media or Google) management at this time.

How do payments work?

Our invoices are sent via email and allow you to pay with a debit/credit card, ACH transfer, or check. For branding-only projects, we collect 100% of the total cost upfront. For website projects, it’s also preferable to collect 100% of the total cost upfront. However, as these projects are larger and more costly, we understand it can be difficult to pay the full amount at once. In that case, we collect 50% of the total cost to start, 25% once the home page design has been approved, and the final 25% once the site is approved for launch. For website maintenance & SEO plans, we send an invoice on the same agreed-upon date every month and set up automatic billing with a debit/credit card.

Do you offer your services to organizations outside of Central Florida?

Yes! Although we are located in Lake Mary, Florida, we are thrilled to partner with organizations all over the world as long as the project requirements, timing, and budget align! In addition to our Central Florida clients, we currently serve clients in Memphis, TN and the UK. Our efficient processes and timely communication make collaborating remotely extremely doable. Between Zoom, Slack, and email, we’ve never had an issue or delay!

How do updates after the website launch work?

We work hard to ensure simple updates, like adding or removing products/services, team members, testimonials, and FAQs, are easy and straightforward for you or a designated member of your team to handle. We even provide personalized videos showing how to do this step by step before we launch your site! However, we understand you may not have the time or desire to take this on (plus, anything involving images can get tricky fast!) and you’ll certainly require more extensive updates over time. We would love to continue our partnership and offer monthly website maintenance plans for anyone requiring regular, ongoing updates. If it’s a more occasional need, just contact us when you’re ready to make changes and we will discuss the scope, provide you with a quote, and schedule an appropriate time frame to implement.

Can I keep my site on its existing platform (WordPress, Shopify, etc)?

In our initial discovery sessions, we will help you determine what platform will best suit your needs moving forward. Sometimes the current platform is still the best option, but, even if it isn’t, we will help you migrate over to the new platform and ensure you don’t lose any important content, data, or SEO rankings in the process.
