In a smaller market, a good site gets noticed.
When someone in Lake County needs a home inspector or a dumpster, a lot of them still start with a friend's recommendation. Then they look you up. And when there's no recommendation, they search (“dumpster rental Leesburg,” “home inspector Clermont”) and call one of the first few names they see.
There's less competition for those searches here than in Orlando, so a clear, fast site that says what you do and where you do it can earn a real spot on Google. Bubba Dump is second for its main search in Leesburg, and Precision moved from 12th to the top 5 in Clermont's map results, both on the same search foundation I build into every site.

Do you only work with Lake County businesses?
No. I work with service businesses across Central Florida (Orlando, Winter Park, Lake Mary, Sanford, Winter Garden and more), and the process is the same wherever you are. Lake County is home, so it’s the easiest place for us to meet in person.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. I’m in Mount Dora, so I’m happy to come to your business or meet you for coffee. Plenty of clients would rather do it by phone or video, and that works just as well.
Will my new site show up on Google?
Every site I build has a solid search foundation: clean structure, fast load, and your services and towns written into the copy the way people actually search. In a market the size of Lake County, that’s often enough to earn a real spot for your main searches.
