Wellness coaching for women · Eustis, FL

Messaging · Logo and Branding · Website

Her work had grown into wellness coaching for women, but her card and site still said personal trainer. I wrote down who she helps and how to say it, designed a new logo in her original purple and green, and built her new site around both.

“Insanely helpful every step of the way, especially for someone who is extremely technology-challenged. Beautiful results!”

Her new look

The circle is a sun coming up, and the figure rises with it, arms open. She wanted it to feel like movement, a new day, and a little gratitude. The leaves keep her original green.

The words came first

“Women who’ve spent years taking care of everyone else.”
You’ve put everyone else first for long enough.
“No judgment, no cookie-cutter programs, no intimidation.”
No intimidation. No guesswork. Just a plan that fits your life.

Where she started

Nikki Van Culin runs Envision Wellness in Eustis. She started as a personal trainer, and over the years her work grew into wellness coaching for women (getting stronger, yes, but also learning to take care of themselves after years of putting everyone else first).

Her business card and her website still said personal trainer. I’d built that website myself, back in 2021, so I knew exactly how far she’d outgrown it.

What we did

We started with the words. We worked out who she helps and how to say it, and that became a short messaging doc. Lines from it went nearly straight onto the site (two of them are above, next to where they ended up).

Then a new logo in her original purple and green: a sun coming up, with a figure rising from two leaves. And then the site: 11 pages, a free guide, and 62 issues of her newsletter turned into a searchable blog. It’s set up for Lake County searches too, since she coaches in person around Eustis, Mount Dora, Tavares and Leesburg.

What happened

The new site launched in August 2026, so it’s too soon for the kind of numbers on the other case studies. For a starting point: in the weeks before the relaunch, Google had one page of her old site indexed, and it hadn’t recorded a single search click.

I’ll add real numbers here once there are a few months of data behind them.

Your website should be
working as hard as you do.

If you're tired of being embarrassed by your site, losing leads to competitors, or just not sure where to start, that's exactly what the discovery call is for. No pressure, no jargon. Just a conversation about your business (and what a better website could do for it).
